I have a randall iso-box, I routinely cut guitars at 3 am in a residential neighborhood with the amps full blast, doesnt bother the neighbors and they all sound like ass, so I end up recutting them during the day with a 4x12 my buddy has a box he built approximately 4 feet tall, 4 feet wide ,6 feet long,from double layered sheet rock and 2x4's lined with a foot thick layer of fiberglass.

1) Make sure that the seal on the box is absolutely tight for max isolation.
